I do not use the service and would like a refund

We are unable to offer pro-rata refunds.

gauk provide the service in good faith and are not responsible for how many times a subscriber used the site.

A subscriber can cancel the service at any time and the subscription will expire at the end of the paid for period.

Once a subscription is activated then access for the service is set by the software, a bit like buying talk time on a mobile phone. You can cancel at any time before a payment is due but if you do not then you are ordering a further subscription.

From the website terms and conditions: If the subscriber/cardholder does not cancel continuous authority with gauk Online in the described manner, passwords remain live and subscription payments will continue for the requested payment option. Payments for this period are non-refundable as either a full or partial payment.
